Alchemy Dining
Modern Asian by Iron Chef Noi
Asian cooking, refined through Western and Japanese hands. An open kitchen, a hand roll sushi bar, our own dry-aged room, and a night that ends slowly.
A culinary compound in Phuket
Coffee in the morning. Bread from the oven. A quiet bistro through the day. By evening, the room changes. Sushi, fire, dry-aged cuts, low light, and the table.
Alchemy is where Chef Noi's world gathers. The dining room, the café, a tasting room held aside, the wholesale bakery and the production kitchen behind it all — sharing one address in the north of Phuket.
Mornings begin with sourdough still warm from the oven, espresso pulled slowly, a bowl of broth steaming over rice. By evening, the same compound shifts. Sushi at the counter. Dry aged proteins from our own room. Fire. The eight metre bar. The night settles in.
One kitchen. One house. One pair of hands.
From the first coffee at sunrise to the last plate at night, the day moves through Alchemy in three chapters. Same kitchen. Same hands.

The same kitchen, working for hotels, villas, cafés and homes across the island.

The kitchen we run for others
whitelabelkitchenthailand.comA production kitchen for hotels, villas, airlines and private chefs across Phuket. The same hands as the dining room, only off stage.
Private dinners, intimate celebrations, corporate evenings — held inside the compound, hosted by the chef and his team. The room reshapes itself for the occasion.
Tammasak Chootong
Born in Phuket. Trained in Michelin kitchens across Europe. He came home with one ambition: to give his island the kind of restaurant he had cooked in abroad, without losing the soul of where he came from.
Alchemy is where those two worlds meet. The dining room, the café, a tasting room kept aside for private evenings, and the kitchen behind it all — gathered under one roof.
By Chef Noi of SUAY Cherngtalay, recognised in the Michelin Guide for eight consecutive years.
The plate is just the last step. Everything before it is the work.
Wine, curated by Pix. A private room kept aside for the evenings that want their own pace.
WSET Level 2
Wine has been Pix's passion for years. At Alchemy she curates a small list of bottles chosen for outstanding quality and value — wines that surprise, delight, and turn a dinner into an evening.
Private dining, intimate occasions
Held aside for the table that wants its own evening. A private room for small celebrations, tasting menus paired from Pix's cellar, and the kind of quiet you can't reserve in the main room.
Open kitchen. Hand roll sushi bar. Garden. The eight metre bar. The wholesale bakery air at dawn. The same compound, hour by hour.
A few ways to stay close, between visits — a standing seat at the counter, or notes sent quietly from the kitchen.
